Born on January 16, 1976, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Daryl lived a life centered around love, laughter, and service to others. He was known for his warm heart, infectious smile, and incredible sense of humor. Daryl’s genuine kindness and unwavering dedication to his family and friends created deep bonds that will forever be remembered.
Daryl’s greatest joy in life was his role as a father. He is survived by his beloved sons, Caleb and Beau Passman, who were the center of his world. As a devoted father, Daryl worked tirelessly to provide for them, nurture them, and guide them with love and strength. He was also a caring and committed stepfather to Tyler Boudreaux and Devyn Chelette, embracing them fully with the same love and support he gave his own children.
Family Above All
Daryl leaves behind his loving parents, Keith and Jennifer Passman, who were a constant source of encouragement and support throughout his life. His close relationship with his sisters, Erin Fields and Sarah Miller, was a testament to the deep familial love they shared. The bond between them was one of loyalty, laughter, and mutual respect.
He was preceded in death by his cherished grandparents, Gladys and Wilson Passman, and Leona Landry and Raymond Hoffpauir Jr., whose memories he carried with him always.
Daryl is also mourned by his extended family, including nieces, nephews, and his beloved aunt, Rita Picou. His presence at family gatherings brought joy and unity, and his spirit will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs, Louisiana. The funeral service will begin at 12:00 PM, followed by a burial service. Friends and loved ones are invited to gather in remembrance, to share stories, and to celebrate the life of a man whose heart knew no limits.

Daryl “DJ” Passman’s life was one of love, loyalty, and light. Though his passing is a tremendous loss, his legacy lives on through the countless lives he touched. His memory will forever inspire those who knew him to lead with kindness, to love without reservation, and to live life fully.
