John Ryan passed away on April 17, 2025, at the age of 50. His departure has left an irreplaceable void in the lives of his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Born and raised in Hustonville, John Ryan was a man defined by his warm heart, infectious smile, and unwavering compassion. John Ryan is survived by his loving parents, Sharon Rae Reed Everidge and John William Sparr, who described their son as a true blessing in their lives. His compassion and devotion were a constant source of pride and joy for them.

He also shared a close and enduring bond with his brothers, Jordan and J.P. Sparr. Their deep connection was rooted in love, laughter, and countless cherished memories. John Ryan was a loyal and dependable brother whose presence brought comfort and strength to those around him.

John Ryan’s life was further enriched by his devoted partner, Sherry McFarland. Their relationship was built on mutual respect, trust, and love. Funeral Services

A visitation will be held on Monday, April 21, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home in Hustonville, Kentucky. The funeral service will follow on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 11:00 AM, with a burial service immediately afterward. Family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by John Ryan are invited to attend and pay their respects.
